Two Functions:
1. Chest muscle exercise; 2. Finger muscle exercise.
Can be used with different amount of long springs, 1 to 5 for the chest muscle exercise, and short springs 1 to 5 for finger muscle exercise , as they are detachable.
Instruction: - Separate 5 long Springs and 5 short springs , exercise from one to five. It is easy to grip handles and 5 springs ,the strength can be 6kg up to 30kg - Both adults and kids can use; - Finger strength exercises; - Different way to exercise with Chest Expander; - Pull behind back helps build arms and holders; - Holdout stretch to sides helps strengthen upper back and arms etc; - The middle several springs in the Chest Expander can be removed to reduce the intensity of tension. After some time of exercise, the removed springs can be put back on to increase the tension of this Exercise Chest Expander.
