Is your e-bike battery faulty? You can't get a new battery from your original supplier? Or you want to upgrade your battery capacity?

We may be able to help.
- Send us some photos of your battery and your contact details (sam@greeneden.co.nz)
- We will have a preliminary check on your battery
- Check if we could repair it or not
- Offer the estimated price
- If customer accepts our quote, just send us the battery, the charger and the key (if needed it to turn on the battery).
- If we can’t fix your battery after physically checking it, there’s no charge. (Usually, the unique BMS is faulty, so we can’t fix it.)

We can repack most brands of e-bike and e-scooter batteries in the market, including Bosch, Shimano, and all unbranded batteries.
Note: Some brands of batteries, like Bosch and Shimano, use their own unique BMS (battery controller). If this BMS is faulty, we can’t help.
