Shipping For the items to be delivered.
Green Eden has the right to correct the shipping fee if we find it is wrong. Customers can cancel the order and get refund if the corrected shipping fee is not accepted by customers.
- Important Notes
- Please make sure your delivery address (NO PO Box, or POD Box) is correct and your mobile number has been registered in your Green Eden account just in case the delivery company can get access to you if they can't find your address, otherwise the buyer need to pay for the extra delivery cost if one more delivery is required.
2. If you found any delivered parcels damaged, please don't sign and/or accept the parcels. Otherwise we may not refund from the courier company for you.
- Delivery Fee
In addition to the price of Products ordered, the customer shall pay Green Eden the delivery fee of your order if delivery is required.
We use the right courier companies to deliver your goods at the best rate.
The Delivery fee will depend on the size and weight of the goods and your delivery address. We list the shipping fee in the checkout page for every items.
Note: If the listed shipping fees are not right for any reasons, we have the right to correct them at any time and the customers who has made the order will be informed by email for reconsideration.

If you purchase more than one items and require combined shipment, just click the option "Combined Shipping, enquiry for actual shipping fee" in the checkout page and our customers service will inform you of the actual shipping fee, and then you need to pay the actual shipping fee separately, by internet banking with your order number as reference.
If you know the actual combined shipping fee before your order being placed, Search "Delivery Fee" Ticket, enter your fee in the ticket and then Add to Cart. Then click the "Actual Delivery Fee Purchased" in the checkout page.
For orders with the wrong shipping fee selected, Green Eden Online reserves the right to adjust the shipping fee to reflect the actual cost of delivery. Whether the shipping fee is reasonable or not will be determined by Green Eden in its absolute discretion. If Green Eden chooses to adjust the shipping fee, the Customer will be contacted prior to the order being delivered to confirm acceptance of the revised fee. Deliveries of such orders will not be made unless and until this confirmation is obtained. No member of Green Eden shall be liable to the Customer for any delivery delays resulting from the need to obtain approval of the revised fee prior to delivery.
- Delivery Time
Goods will only be dispatched within 2 working days once the full payment (including the correct courier charge) is received. If you do not receive your parcel within 5 Working days after payment made, please contact us and we will track your parcel.

- Important Notes
1. As we have two pickup depots and not all products are available at both depots, please check the options of "Free Pickup" in the checkout page. If any "Free Pickup..." option shows the fee of $500, it means the item is not available at the depot you selected. Customer can either select one of shipping options or select "Free Pickup, wait for stock. (normally 1 ~ 4 weeks)" in the checkout page. We will inform you when the stock is available.
- Please bring your order number when pick up.
- Any goods waiting for pickup needs to be picked up within 10 working days after order being placed.
- Please inform us to hold it if the buyer is unable to pick up on time. Otherwise we may cancel the order without notice.
